All conditions are applicable for most of the camper suppliers, however terms and conditions can vary per camper rental company. Please check the individual conditions per camper supplier before you make your booking.

Through worldwidecampers.com you can make a quote for your RV rental. This quote has a validity of 5 working days or as long as the applicable flex rate is valid. After that we are happy to make you a new quote. If you like to convert your quote into a booking, you have to confirm this by email. With this conformation you will automatically agree with our general conditions and the conditions of the applicable supplier. As soon as your booking is confirmed by the supplier, you can only cancel according to the conditions of the supplier. At that moment you are required to pay.

Payment conditions

A down payment of at least 10% is required within five working days after invoice date. Should the supplier demand a higher deposit, or a cancelation is only possible at a certain cost, that amount is applicable. If the down payment is not received within five working days, the booking will be cancelled and no rights can be derived from the reservation. The full amount should be received by Worldwide Campers 3 months prior to pickup date. In case the reservation cannot be canceled anymore, the payment should be received by Worldwide Campers before the reservation can be confirmed at the supplier. Until then the availability is not yet confirmed.
In case the reservation date is less than 3 months before pick up date, full payment should be done within 5 working days. Failure to do so will result in cancelation of the booking and no rights can be derived from the reservation. You will still be responsible for full payment.
