Rental voucher for cancelations
Because of the worldwide impact of the Coronavirus this current situation is so unusual that Worldwide Campers is unable to solely act according to the standard cancellation policies of our suppliers. This means that with a timely cancellation the value of their reservation will be reimbursed. Supported by many tour operators, airlines and emergency regulations, Worldwide Campers offers customers the rental voucher, which is a temporary solution and we hope for your understanding.
If customers wish to cancel their reservations, we will offer the rental voucher with the value of your fully paid rental amount. With this voucher it is possible to rebook your motorhome reservation to travel dates in the future. The already paid amount of your reservation is valid as payment for your new reservation.

Does the supplier of your motorhome reservation not have any special cancelation or rebook policy or do you have travel dates after May 2020? Please contact our customer service team.
Do you want to make a camper reservation but doubt if you are allowed to travel at that time?
Multiple suppliers we are working with are waiving all cancelation fees for bookings made in March and April. This way you can make a reservation and cancel it in case you are not allowed to travel in that period of time.
