When you are in the process of booking a rental RV you can feel overwhelmed by all the information. Our customer service team frequently receives questions about what’s included in the rental price and what should be booked additionally. When you make a quote on the WorldWide Campers website the price mentioned is the basic rental fee. Additional items and extra’s can be added to your quote by ticking the boxes. Important extra’s are the so called convenience and personal kits. The convenience kit consists of items such as pans, cutlery and tableware. The personal kit consists of towels, bedlinen etc.
Bedlinen, towels and kitchen supplies
Our suppliers each have their own names and content of these kits. Tariffs for Australia, New Zealand, South America and Southern Africa do include bedlinen, towels and kitchen supplies. Generally speaking you will need to book these additionally for the USA, Canada, Japan and Europe. Suppliers Britz, Star RV and Escape work with all inclusive tariffs meaning the basic amenities are included in your rental fee. If there is no option to book a personal kit in our menu, this is already included in the price. Usually the names of the extras are self-explanatory: dish set, towel set etc. When making a quote you can easily select extras. By checking the ‘?’ you will see the explanation.
Of course you are not obliged to book any extras. Many of our clients opt to bring along their own towels or buy these at the destination of their choice. If you have any questions about what to book extra, feel free to contact our customer service team. They are happy to help!
